Machine Tool PLC/PMC programming and integration
Do you own a CNC machine (Mill/Lathe/Laser/gantry) with a Fanuc or Mitsubishi Control. Did you know that you could add equipment to it, or modify its operation for ease of use without disrupting its intended function. MIindustry Services has years of experience programming multiple brands of PLCs, HMIs and Industrial robots in the automotive and agricultural sectors. Though we specialize in integrating and optimizing your machine tool process. (ex. hydraulic unit integration, M-Code additions, robotic machine tending interfacing, air blowoff additions, coolant system additions, manual pulse generator modifications, pushbutton additions, safety evaluations, probe additions, part present additions). You would not believe how valuable it is to the operator just to have a pushbutton on the front panel for a fixture actuation during setup/running or recovery of a machine condition.
